SparkCon is a grass-roots program created by a handful of creative-minded people in the Raleigh, NC area. It is a three day long event held in Downtown Raleigh September 19th - 20th. Talented artists from around the area will be showcasing their talents. From visual arts to fashion, even break dancing!
But wait, there’s more! On September 20th in Moore Square will be BazaarSpark. The folks over at SparkCon beg to answer the question “What if the mall was cool?”. I will be participating this year along with a few of my cohorts promoting our collaborative project, Captive Collective.
Captive Collective is, simply put, myself and two other graphic designers who became tired of paying too much for Tee Shirts that aren’t unique and are extremely overpriced. So, we started designing and printing our own. All shirts are uniquely designed and hand printed.
If you think that sounds interesting, it is Saturday, September 20th from 10AM - 4PM.
